Partnership and business inquiries
Provider, affiliate-program, media, and other professional inquiries can use the public partnership inbox. An email does not establish a partnership, approval, listing, or response-time commitment.

Provider and data corrections
Providers and readers may use the same business address to identify a specific page, record, or claim that may need correction. Include the public URL, the disputed field, and an official source that supports the proposed change. Corrections are reviewed under the editorial policy and are not accepted solely on request.
Traveller and provider support
Purchase, billing, activation, refund, connectivity, account, and service issues must be handled by the selected eSIM provider. TripDataSIM is a comparison platform and cannot access provider orders, payments, accounts, eSIM profiles, or activation systems.
Email privacy and safety
TripDataSIM does not operate a contact form. Emailing the business address shares your sender address, message, and any attachments with the email services used to deliver and receive it. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, QR codes, activation credentials, IMEI or EID values, or other sensitive account information.
